The Founder & The Mission

Liea didn’t start The Caring Squad to build a business. She started it because she couldn’t keep watching people receive care that felt rushed, impersonal, and disconnected.

With more than 25 years of experience as a caregiver, Liea worked in nursing homes, agencies, and private care settings. Over time, she saw the same challenges repeat: caregivers stretched thin, clients passed from person to person, and families left feeling unheard.
